RESEARCH

If there is a product concept or a design problem to solve, a comprehensive analysis is crucial. An extensive research phase is essential, as it will later influence both the form design and the product design. The foundation of design planning is the proper utilization of the gathered information. It's not enough to find the answers; they must be integrated correctly into the design process. The direction of the research can branch out extensively and run on multiple tracks simultaneously, ensuring that every relevant aspect is explored.

COMPETITOR ANALYSIS

The search and representation of products available on the market is a key step in the industrial design process. It is important that our clients are aware of the substitute products already available, so they can properly position their own products. Nieto Studio pays great attention to ensuring that the function and form of the products it develops are not closely tied to any existing products on the market.

This means that in every product design process, we consider all aspects, from the smallest details to the most complex technical solutions. The foundation of our technical design is ensuring that every detail of the product meets both the expectations and the relevant standards.

PRODUCTION SUPPORT

We have our own network of partners, some examples of technologies include:

Small-scale production (vacuum casting, aluminum casting, 3D printing, etc.). Large-scale production (injection molding, high-pressure die casting, etc.). Other technologies: sheet metal processing (stamping, laser cutting, laser welding, CNC bending), machining (CNC milling, from metal, wood, plastic materials), etc. But we are also experienced in many other technologies.

If our client already has their own contract manufacturer or technology, we are happy to collaborate with them. This collaboration provides an opportunity to combine the client's expertise and resources with our knowledge and experience throughout the design and manufacturing process. As a result, creative and efficient solutions can be developed, further customizing the product to meet the client's specific needs.
